A 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization
Who We are:

Wings of Hope - NJ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer organization established in 2000.  We originally started in Central New Jersey, but have now expanded to the Coastal North Carolina area as well.  Wings of Hope-NJ prides itself on finding loving, experienced adoptive homes for unwanted, abused, neglected, and abandoned avian exotics.

We believe that all animals deserve the highest quality care, love, and respect, and that owners should have access to the most current bird information possible. Unwanted exotics are accepted at Wings of Hope-NJ, and in turn are adopted out to qualified applicants.

Bird of the Month

JoJo has been with our rescue since June of 2010.  He has really come a long way and is quite the sociable little fella...not to mention handsome at that!  He is a one person bird and is best suited for that type of environment.  Once he gets used to you and gains your trust, he will be your friend for life!  He has been patiently waiting for his new forever home to come and adopt him.  It is time to find him a great home!  Be sure to read his updates on Petfinder to get an up close and personal story about JoJo.  If you're looking for a companion who will love you always...strongly consider bringing Jojo into your home.  It's a decision you will not regret!
